About me

I’m a freelance sound designer and music composer from Valencia, Spain.

I’m passionate about adaptive audio and its immersive possibilities, as well as narratives. I consider myself a highly energetic, communicative, and self-driven person, always up for new adventures! I also love working in team environments. For me, sharing knowledge and experiences with others truly makes creative processes something incredibly valuable and unique!

Why I love audio for video games

I’ve always been fascinated by how audio can truly transform a game, making its world feel alive and leaving a lasting impact on players. Games like Inside and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice showed me just how powerful sound design can be in storytelling.
I love crafting audio and helping create those special moments – the ones that give a scene weight, tension, emotion… or pure, chaotic fun!
Interactivity makes game audio truly unique: the way sound responds to the player’s actions opens up infinite creative possibilities! Sound isn’t just an add-on – it’s a core part of what makes the experience immersive and unforgettable.

My background and education

My background is rooted in classical music, with over 20 years of education in cello and piano. Later, my passion for storytelling through sound led me to specialize in film and game audio, earning a Master’s degree in Soundtrack Scoring and an Advanced Diploma in Sound for Audiovisual Media. This allowed me to combine my classical foundation and music knowledge with modern audio techniques, learning the specific tools and creative processes behind video game sound. My experience

For the past five years, I’ve been working as a freelance sound designer and music composer, contributing to games like Nom Nom: Cozy Forest Café, Lethal Honor: Order of the Apocalypse, Oppidum, and Death or Treat, as well as short films like Sensus and El Secreto.
I’ve also collaborated with the Spanish studio Super Mega Team on an unannounced project following the release of The Knight Witch.
In some of those projects, I’ve worked as part of an audio team, gaining experience in following given audio direction and collaborating closely with others throughout the development process.

Soft Skills

I believe great sound design comes from collective creativity! As a musician, I also understand the power of sharing passion and creativity with others to create something truly special.

– Adaptability: I stay flexible and open to new ideas, ensuring that my work remains fresh and aligned with the project needs.
– Learning addict: I’m always eager to learn something new! Whether it’s through self-taught methods or exploring new concepts, I’m constantly expanding my skillset.
– Effective Communication: Clear and open communication is essential for successful collaboration. I make sure my ideas are conveyed effectively, fostering a harmonious and productive team dynamic.
– Passion-Driven: My love for gaming and sound design drives me to immerse myself in game audio, understanding the unique needs of each project. Being a gamer myself helps me recognize what a game requires, allowing me to deliver high-quality work that enhances player immersion and enjoyment.

Hard Skills

– DAW: I’m a big fan of Reaper! I ‘ve also worked with Studio One, Pro Tools, and a little bit of Cubase.
– Middleware: I usually use FMOD, but I’ve been learning Wwise to expand my toolkit for any project.
– Engines: I’ve implemented audio in Unity (basic C#) and Unreal Engine 5 (blueprints). I’m eager to learn metasounds and some Godot soon!
– Audio Processes: I’ve worked in every step of the audio creation chain, from recording to post production, so I know about the needs of every process.
– Work environment: I’m used to work with Github, Bitbucket, Notion, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Discord… and I can adapt and learn any tool you need!
